We would like to introduce to you the new 5-in-1 tablet hardness tester PTB 430. PTB 430 features a carousel for up to 20 samples and can measure up to five distinct parameters of a sample. PTB 430 is situated in between PTB 330 and PTB 500 NICE. PTB 430 features the carousel for 20 samples like PTB 500 NICE but without the audit trail and other expanded software features like electronic signatures. The PTB 430 software is instead based on PTB 330 offering a similar user interface and feature set.

1. Carousel
PTB 430 features a carousel with 20 chambers for the samples. Alternatively, a carousel with ten (10) larger chambers is available to make the manual handling for alignment of large samples more convenient.
2. Measurement of Five Parameters
The carousel transports the samples from the weight station to the thickness station and the combined width, diameter (or length) and hardness testing station. For weight measurement PTB 430 features an integrated Sartorius analytical balance cell (optional).
3. User Interface
PTB 430 features a large, 7” backlit color touch screen with a state-of-the-art graphical user interface (GUI).
