Distributor seminar during ACHEMA 2018 – including a surprise award ceremony

During ACHEMA 2018 Pharma Test and J&M held a seminar for distributors – at the premises of the Pharma Test headquarters in Hainburg. The goal of this half-day seminar in the middle of the week was to keep the distributing partners up to date on new and upcoming instruments. Afterwards we invited the 23 seminar participants from around the world to a complimentary dinner – where as a surprise we awarded a few of them for their outstanding excellence as distributing partners.

New and upcoming instruments

The training content focused mainly on the application of the new (released) instruments of Pharma Test and J&M:

• the new 14+2 station dissolution testing instrument PTWS 1420 – which had its world premiere at ACHEMA 2018,
• the powder analysis instrument PTG-NIR – a collaboration between Pharma Test and J&M,
• the new Dispersion Releaser for the dissolution testing of nano formulations and dispersions,
• the new Galenic PTF friability testing series,
• the new TIDAS® L series of laboratory spectrometers from J&M
• introducing some features of the newly launched joint website of THE PHARMA TEST GROUP and its three members

The participants also had the chance to get information and to see some demo instruments live such as

• DSR-M – dissolution sampling robot,
• PT-TD300 – tapped density testing instrument,
• PT-SP – multi syringe pump,
• PTZ Auto – semi automated tablet disintegration testing
• PT-ODF – disintegration basket add-on for oro-dispersible films,
• Dispersion Releaser – release apparatus for nano- and microformulations
• PTB 420 – semi automated 4-in-1 tablet testing instrument
• PTF 300 – automated friability tester
• MS-80L – moisture sensor for lab analytics from J&M

Afterwards we invited the seminar participants to a complimentary dinner – where as a surprise we awarded a few of them for their outstanding excellence as distributing partners. The awarded companies were: Banbuh Business Contact (Ethiopia), VART (Syria), Bilim (Turkey).
