On/Offline Dissolution System: Amazing Flexibility Yet Accurate Results either Way

An on/offline closed loop dissolution system with highest possible flexibility. ADS-L D620 in combination with the dissolution sampling robot DSR-M is a 12+2 position on/offline dissolution system controlled by a data integrity and fully 21 CFR part 11 compliant software. The included UV/VIS diode array spectrometer TIDAS® L with a 14-cuvette changer and two additional fiber-optic probe connectors from J&M can measure any sample spectrum in less than 30ms which allows very short interval times with a high degree of information. 

Dissolution Tester with Dual Drive

The system also includes a PTWS D620 “Dual Drive” dissolution tester with 6+6 positions and separate speed control for front and rear stirrer rows. Two additional mini-vessels can be used for blank and standard solutions which can also be automatically transferred to the UV/VIS spectrometer. The multichannel CAT-M piston pump will transfer the media from each vessel into an individual flowthrough cuvette and back to the dissolution tester. No media is lost because of this closed loop operation.

Offline Automated Dissolution Testing with Dilution Option

This system can also be used offline for automatic precise sampling into the DSR–M sampling racks. Automatic media refilling and dilution are useful options for even more flexibility. The dissolution software is designed for dissolution labs and has a wide variety of calibration methods which can be easily integrated into the analysis. The software which also complies to the rules for data integrity is already installed and preconfigured on the integrated TIDAS® L PC. The on/offline system is 100% USP/EP/JP conform.
