New Automated Sampling Manifold Optimized for Manual Sampling for PTWS 1420
New Automated Sampling Manifold Optimized for Manual Sampling for PTWS 1420
We have redesigned the automated sampling manifold (called EPE) for the PTWS 1420 Tablet Dissolution Tester to allow for manual sampling from the front of the instrument through ports on the front side of the EPE. This was a common feedback we received from users to improve the manual sampling capabilities of the instrument when it is equipped with the EPE and TMA automated tablet drop magazine.

Enabling Occasional Manual Samplings
While the instrument in this configuration is primarily designed for automated sample withdrawal, many customers also require manual sampling at least occasionally. For example the samples during a PVT performance verification test using USP calibrator tablets are usually manually sampled, even when the dissolution system itself is equiped for automated sampling.
