Introducing the new and enhanced PT-LT100 Leak Tester in a new sleek design with click wheel navigation. The new leak tester is the successor of PT-LT. The previous PT-LT model is discontinued. PT-LT100 is ready for order now. The vacuum-based instrument that tests the integrity of tablet strips, blister packs and bottles comes with the following all new features:

1. User Interface With Click Wheel Navigation
The new leak tester is operated with an easy-to-use click wheel to navigate menus on the LCD screen and by functional keys to shortcut frequent operations. The display is backlit in changing colors that show the instrument status similar to traffic light system (green, yellow, red).
2. Vacuum Level and Holding Time
Up to four different vacuum levels and corresponding holiding times can be programmed in a method. This way a product can be tested in a sequence of different vacuum levels, each with their own holding time. The instrument can be set to actively maintain the current vacuum level during the holding time.
3. Balance Connection
With the new PT-LT100 is is also possible as an option to connect a balance to the instrument. This way the sample can be weighed before and after the test.
4. Calibration Menu
PT-LT100 features a dedicated calibration menu for vacuum and timer function. The user is guided through each step of the calibration and a report is printed automatically. A programmable qualification interval timer reminds the user to perform the calibration once it is due.
5. Quick Test
Optionally to the access via a user management system, a quick test menu can be accessed without logging into the instrument. This option is intended when user access control is not required.
6. Integrated Printer
New with PT-LT100 is an integrated report printer to document the test and calibration results. This saves valuable bench space in the laboratory.
7. PT-Node Supported Like Predecessor
PT-Node supports the new PT-LT100 for network connection to print via web browser on any local or network printer. The network adapter connects up to two Pharma Test instruments simulatenously to a network using a wired LAN connection.
