Moisture Analysis in Cream Cheese

The MS-80 moisture analyzer has been developed and carefully tested for a wide range of industrial applications. Analysis of water content in cream cheese is one of the most advantageous applications of this technology.

The absence of moving elements provides high reliability of the measurement.  It can facilitate the routine laboratory analysis dramatically or completely replace it with an in-line system.
