The FMO Ointment Dosing & Filling Apparatus is optimal for free flowing viscous materials into a wide range of filling forms such as tubes, jars, bottles, plastic containers etc. With the FMO Ointment Dosing & Filling Apparatus, it is easy to obtain the required dosing volumes by simply adjusting the filling cylinder and its piston into the range 50 – 200 ml. While the dynamic design of Volumetric Dosing mechanism allows an accurate dosing.

Smart Design

The smart design of the dosing orifice assembly of the FMO Ointment Dosing & Filling Apparatus optimizes a drip-free and an airless dosing in tubes. Other advantages of the dynamic design are the easy adjustment, quick removal of hopper and pump for service and sterilization, and the space-saving structure. Furthermore, smaller dosing pump-set 10 – 100 ml. is also possible as an option and can also easily exchanged.

Different Nozzles Available

Depending on the properties of the processed paste, a variety of exchangeable nozzles with different orifice diameters 2, 4, 6, or 8mm and a standard orifice length of 125mm are optionally available. All contact parts are made of GMP Compliant materials and can be sterilized in accordance with GMP. The FMO Ointment Dosing & Filling Apparatus can be directly attached to the UAM Universal Motor Drive, which can smoothly tune the production rate. For a practical and optimal operation, a foot pedals for Starting/Stopping of dosing can be separately ordered.
