The unique design of the stainless steel YM-4 V-Blender makes it a very effective and quick blender even for bulk material blends with a very low blending ratio (down to 1%). The function is based on a special 3D blending effect in the pant-leg region, which is generated through a combination of: dividing, cascading and an intermeshing mixing mechanism. During blending, materials tumble periodically towards the apex and the legs, while they move along the horizontal rotation at the same time.

Unique design

This unique blending mechanism provides homogeneous, uniform, and even predictable properties of blends and mixtures. This makes the stainless steel YM-4 V-Blender the optimum choice for fine powders for R&D as well as for small batch production. The YM-4 V-Blender has to be attached by the UGD Universal Gear to the UAM Universal Motor Drive, which provides a dynamic stepless speed tuning. All contact parts are made of GMP compliant materials and can be sterilized in accordance with GMP.
