Wet Granulator and Sieving Attachment

The Wet Granulator WG-30 is designed for the production of granulates of various sizes from moistened powders. It can also be used to reduce slugs as in the double compression method of tablets making or for re-processing of rejected tablets. Its attached to the UAM Motor Drive by means of four knurled screws.
The unit operates on the oscillating rotor principle compressing the granules through a stainless steel sieve of a predetermined size. The pre-formed granules are normally collected in trays prior to removal for drying.
