DCM-6

The DCM-6 double cone mixer can be used for all free flowing products, like granules or solid/liquid media. The DCM-6 operates on the "free-fall" principle. The mixing is achieved by the rotary action of the cone combined with the sliding/shearing action produced by the inclined sides of the conus thus guaranteeing complete homogeneity of the mixing product. The efficiency of the mixing action can be optimised by the speed of the UAM motor drive and the angle of the mixing cone using the UGD reduction gear adjustment facility. Even the lightest and most difficult mixes can be processed without problems. The operating capacity depends on the product to be mixed, for example mixing powder having a high amount of fine particles about 3 l can be mixed at once. Mixing granules offers a capacity of about 4.5l.
